Prospective Buyouts


Option 1 - Buyer purchases the liquor license at $115,000.00 as listed


Buyer transports the license to another location


Option 2 - Buyer agrees to a hybrid purchase. 


Breakdown is $115,000.00 for liquor license


Buyer enters into lease agreements for the tavern building at $1,100.00 per month.  The Monthly rent payment would grant the buyer use of the basement and first floor of the tavern building.  This would include the kitchen.

Assets that are in the tavern presently would remain the property of the landlord

The lease agreement would provide further language on maintenance of these assets by Landlord and Tennant


If a extension of premises is needed after 7/31/25 The Tennant would have primary responsibility for funding and up keep plus a separate another Leese agreement to cover the extended premises in the 2310 parking lot (amount to be determined)
